Dance Up Hi!
"Dance Up Hi! " is a one-year dance training program held in Tsuen Wan. Through a series of trial class, workshops, demonstrations and performances, children, youth and the elderly can have an in-depth understanding and experience of the art of dance. It also provides opportunities for residents in the district to get in touch with dance and performing arts activities.

Dance Trial Class
Leveraging children's and teenagers' curiosity about the body and movement, through a variety of methods, including guidance from instructors and mutual observation, this program helps them understand abstract concepts, enhance their understanding of the body and space, build teamwork, and unleash their creativity and imagination.

Dance Workshop
The workshop is targeted at children and youths and is open to residents in the Tsuen Wan area. The company will provide step-by-step dance training in small groups: the first stage of the workshop is to arouse the interest of the participants and to enhance their artistic appreciation skills through demonstration classes. The third stage will further lead the students to create and understand their own bodies and creative concepts through the rehearsal process.

Rehearsals
The instructors further guided the students in their creation and helped them understand their own bodies and dance creation concepts through the choreography process. They integrated the workshop techniques and the characteristics of each student into a dance work and presented the results to the public.
